Moor wood
The moor oak whose logs are retrieved from moors has precious qualities.
The moor oak doesn't decompose anymore and it repells water. All other qualities of this wood remain.
Its scarceness however makes it very expensive.
Through recent research this process in the moor could be replicated. It was demonstrated that this is applicable to many common wood types.
In addition this replicated process only needs about a week, depending on the strength of the wood.
Fields of application or product groups could be spiles that don't rot, untreated weather-proof garden furniture, durable wooden shingle roofs, etc.
